HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY PRINTS?

Once received, your order is normally processed and printed within 3-5 business days.
After your order has shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-6 business days to reach you.

CAN I RUSH SHIPPING?
At this time, we cannot accommodate rush orders or shipping. Our current processing and shipping lead times will normally get your prints to your door within 10-14 business days. Keep this in mind for gifts and holiday orders!
We hope to offer additional shipping options in the future.
WHAT IF MY PRINT IS DAMAGED?
– Standard Prints –
We take great care in preparing your artwork for shipment. In the rare event that a standard print arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement. Please retain all original packaging until we confirm next steps.

– Limited Edition Prints –
Limited edition prints are produced in a fixed number to maintain their scarcity. If a limited edition print is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. The Life Junkie Co. will facilitate the return and replacement of the damaged print. To preserve the integrity and planned edition size, no additional replacements will be issued beyond the original edition, and returned prints must be received before a replacement is shipped.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY PRINT?
We recommend using a soft cloth along with water or a mild window cleaner to clean your prints.
HOW THICK ARE YOUR ALUMINUM PRINTS?
Prints on custom cut aluminum are .045" in thickness.
ARE THE CORNERS OF YOUR PRINTS SHARP OR ROUNDED?
Our aluminum prints have rounded corners that are .08" in radius.
HOW SUSTAINABLE IS PRINTING ON METAL?
The Life Junkie Collective uses only recycled aluminum and prints here in the United States. Because of this, we're able use fewer resources on manufacturing and transportation. Metal prints are a sustainable choice because they are built to last and are far more durable than standard prints on paper—you'll never need to replace them!
CAN MY PRINTS BE HUNG OUTDOORS?
​Although you can display them in the elements, we generally don't recommend hanging your prints outdoors.
There is a UV resistant coating applied to all prints, so they are durable and virtually fade resistant.
They are waterproof and will fair well outdoors, but will start to fade in the sun after prolonged exposure.
We especially caution outdoor display when it comes to our collector's edition and limited edition prints and print sets.
